Based on the life skills education model, proposed by the WHO in 1993, this App proposes each week an experiment to apply in daily life that allows you to strengthen at least one of the 10 skills: Self-knowledge, assertive communication, empathy , creative thinking, critical thinking, management of emotions and feelings, management of problems and conflicts, management of tensions and stress, decision making and management of interpersonal relationships.Each experiment proposal is based on an audio story.
Your answers and learnings will also be stored on your phone.
Sirimiri does not ask you for personal information.It takes its name from that small rain that does not seem to wet and that in some places they call Sirimiri, in others garúa or dew.
This is how each experiment will be, a small, daily act that will imbue the capacity (personal and collective) to transform the relationships she has with herself, with others and with her environment.It is a production of the Ibero-American School of Life Skills, an initiative of the EDEX Foundation.
